ConvoWithMe is a one-on-one emotional support service where you can talk openly during a private phone call. It's not therapy—just a calm, judgment-free space to vent, process, and breathe.

Is this therapy?

Nope. I’m not a licensed therapist, and this isn’t counseling. This is peer-level emotional support. You don’t need a diagnosis or treatment plan—just the desire to be heard.

Who is this for?

Anyone 18 or older who needs a safe space to talk. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, heartbroken, stuck, or just need to release some emotion—I’m here to listen.

How are the calls done?

All sessions are phone-only—no video. You’ll choose a time when booking, and I’ll call you at the number you provide.

Is my session confidential?

Absolutely. Everything you say stays between us, unless there’s a serious safety concern. No recordings, no transcripts—just a real conversation.

How much does a session cost?

A 30-minute call is $30 and a 60-minute call is $60. A 50% deposit is required when booking your session. If you cancel in advance, your deposit is fully refundable.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your session for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are not refundable.

How do I pay?

Payment is made when you book your session. I use a secure, third-party platform to handle bookings and payments.

What if I’m in crisis?

ConvoWithMe is not a crisis line. If you're in danger or need urgent help, please contact a local mental health service or emergency line.
