Any optional details you choose to share in the intake form

This information is only used to schedule and conduct your session.

Confirm your appointment

Contact you for your scheduled session

Understand how to best support you in the moment

I will never sell, share, or use your information for marketing without your permission.

3. Confidentiality & Sessions

Everything you say during a session is confidential. I do not record, transcribe, or store your conversations.

The only exception is if I believe someone is in danger (you or someone else), in which case I may be legally required to report it.

4. Communication Outside Sessions

You may receive session reminders or confirmations, but I do not use your contact information for unsolicited messages.

5. Data Security

All information is stored securely via trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Acuity Scheduling). I do not collect payment information directly.

6. Your Rights

You can request to view or delete any information I have about you by emailing me directly.
